My name is Christian and I am the administrator of this apartment.
Because of my work as a programmer of big computers, I have lived and worked in different cities. As a foreigner, I have always found it difficult to rent a flat without any hassle. I like to provide accommodation to travellers, business people and families trying to make your stay comfortable and that you feel at "home" even being abroad. I hope I can contribute a little bit you to have a "smooth" touch down in Rio.

Your apartment was FANTASTIC! Everything about it was perfect.It was an integral part of making my vacation just wonderful. You did a marvelous job of refurbshing the apartment, even down to the placing of the drain in the shower in the corner not in the center. We have very similar tastes in terms of decorations. Luciano and his wife were great, particularly putting up with my broken Portuguese.I gave your web address to a flight attendant for United who said she was looking for an apartment this month. Hi Christian, we meant to write to you and tell you what a good time we had! The apartment was lovely, I don´t think we would have changed anything, and Mr Luciano was very sweet to us, it was just a shame we couldn´t talk to him properly. We are now in Buzios, (staying a bit longer than we planned because it is so nice!) before we start moving down to Argentina. I think we will go back to Rio for one night because there is a Lenny Kravitz concert on Copacabana beach and then move on. "Thank you for the wonderful stay in Rio. Apartment was really great! Location was excellent and safe in the middle of everything. Apartment itself was really clean and well equipped. You can do your laundry there as well as prepare food if you want to. Ofcourse there was a plenty of good restaurants just around the corner. Hi Christian. I am back in South Africa and already missing Rio. We had a wonderful holiday. We were most impressed with the apartment. It is very well equip and is stylishly decorated (my girlfriend wanted to know if you yourself did the decorating?). Mr Luciano was very friendly, and though we struggled to understand each other, he always tried his best to be helpful. We went to Buzios for a weekend. It is different to Rio since it is much quieter. Perfect for a short break. Our accommodation in Buzios was however not up to the standard we had gotten used to in Copacabana. I did manage to see the game between Palmeiras and Fluminense at Maracana. Though the football match itself was a bit disappointing (the rest of the crowd agreed), the experience of being at this great stadium was wonderful (especially for an ardent football fan). I loved Rio for the combination of city life, beach life and all the cultural and natural beauty. I will be recommending the city (and your apartment) to all my friends. Sorry we have not been in touch earlier. I have just yesterday got back to UK and Teresa is in Brasil for a further 2 weeks. We very much enjoyed our stay in Brasil and especially found your apartment very nicely presented, very clean and tidy and we liked the design which is exactly how we would do it ourselves. Snr Luciano was also most helpful and we gave him a decent tip when we left. As it happened we only stayed there for 4 nights although we paid for 5 nights, because we could not chnage our flights to Brasilia wihout incurring a susbtantial extra cost, but we thought it preferable not to try and renegogiate with you! Especially since you made the kind offer for us to leave our suitcases there while we were away in Ilha Grande.The only disappointing thing was that the weather was poor and old, and we had cloud and rain and had to buy some warm clothes, and no time at all could be spent on the beach. Above all the people of Rio de Janeiro are what makes the city so special... a good place to have an apartment! I did break one of your glasses (slightly curved,plain) - sorry!
